Our monthly meet ups are generally on the last Sunday of the month from 3pm to 6pm, unless
the last Sunday falls on a holiday or immediately preceding a holiday. In which case, the
meetup will be the 3rd Sunday. Members have the opportunity to take turns hosting and/or
coordinating a location and guest speaker. We need variety. You are always welcome to bring
a guest, friend, or relative to the meetings.

Welcome to our club!
Message From the President:
Greetings to all. It has been a trying year, but things are beginning to look up. Covid Positive numbers have been dropping, shops and restaurants are opening up, and gatherings are more permitted. We still need to be on our guard which means wearing masks when social distancing is not possible, and of course, use hand sanitizer (your new best friend). These steps are also helpful during the winter to help avoid the flu.
In an effort to keep things going as normally as possible, we had a small meet up in October at our house. My thanks to all who attended. In November, we set up an airboat ride, which was very well received by all who went. We will try to set up another in the near future. We managed to sneak in a Christmas meet in December. Ron Martin and Teri Schneider were kind enough to volunteer their “party house” for the event. It was a potluck and the food was all great. We exchanged gifts in a “White Elephant'' style, and that provided lots of laughs.
Our most recent meet was February 28th which was our required annual AACA meeting which is normally held in January. We met at iCuatro Restaurant at the TPC Golf Course, in Cheval. We conducted business, established officers for the year, and awarded the Door Prize to Deb Rebuck for amassing the most points throughout the previous year for her contributions to the club. A special thanks goes out to Joanne Pistorius for volunteering to update the website. The caveat is she will post only, we provide content. That’s fair. However, if you have anything you’d like posted on the website, please submit it first to Howie and he will forward it to Joanne.
